1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and GetFundedOS LLC (“GetFundedOS”, “we”, “us”), based in the United States. By creating an account or using GetFundedOS, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GetFundedOS.

2. Who can use GetFundedOS

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. We may limit who can create an account (for example before launch), so signing up does not guarantee immediate access.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under it. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Free trial: new accounts can start a free 3-day trial with full access. No card is needed to start, and you are not charged for the trial. Each person may use only one free trial. It isn’t available again if you delete your account and sign up again, and you may not create multiple accounts or use different email addresses (including variations of one address, such as “+” tags or added dots) to get extra trials.
• After the trial: to keep using GetFundedOS, subscribe with a card. You are charged only if you subscribe; if you don’t, the workspace is locked when the trial ends and your records are kept. You can also subscribe during the trial; billing then starts the day you subscribe.
• GetFundedOS is a paid subscription of $100 a month or $960 a year (US dollars), billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, at the price shown when you check out.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at each renewal.
• Cancel anytime in Settings › Subscription › Manage Billing. Your access continues until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and then the plan ends.
• If a payment fails, you keep access for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that, the workspace is locked until you choose a plan again; your records are kept.
• We may change prices for future periods. We’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added where required.
• Refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

5. Not financial advice; estimates only

GetFundedOS helps you organize prop-firm accounts and model drawdown, payout eligibility, goals and costs. All figures are estimates based on the information and rule settings you enter. They can be wrong or out of date, and firms can apply their rules differently or change them at any time.

• GetFundedOS does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The tax reserve is a planning figure, not the tax you owe.
• A rule shown as met (for example “Eligible” or “Passed”) is not approval from your firm. Always confirm in your firm’s own dashboard before trading or requesting a payout.
• GetFundedOS doesn’t connect to brokers or firms, place trades or copy trades. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them.

6. Prop firms and third parties

GetFundedOS is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any prop firm named in the app. Firm names, logos and published rules belong to their owners and are shown for identification and reference; firm details, ratings and prices may be out of date. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

7. Your content

You own the records and other content you put into GetFundedOS. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to anything you upload, such as custom logos. You can download your data at any time, and deleting your account removes it as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse GetFundedOS. In particular, don’t:

• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security or access limits;
• use bots, scripts or fake signups (including to get more than one free trial);
• overload, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows;
• upload unlawful or harmful content, or use GetFundedOS to break any law or a firm’s rules;
• resell or share access to GetFundedOS without our permission.

9. Changes to GetFundedOS

We’re actively improving GetFundedOS and may add, change or remove features. We’ll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using GetFundedOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if we must do so by law; where reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to download your data.

11. No warranty

GetFundedOS is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that its calculations are accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own records of anything important to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GetFundedOS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, failed evaluations, forfeited payouts or lost data, arising from your use of GetFundedOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If you misuse GetFundedOS or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GetFundedOS LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in GetFundedOS before they take effect. Continuing to use GetFundedOS after that means you accept the updated terms.
