Refunds & Cancellation

In short: the 3-day trial is free and needs no card. After that, cancel anytime: your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for, then stops renewing. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it or we made a billing mistake.
Free trial
- New accounts get one free 3-day trial with full access. No card is needed, and nothing is charged for it.
- If you don’t subscribe, the trial simply ends and your workspace is locked. Your records are kept, and you can subscribe later to pick up where you left off.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime in Settings › Subscription › Manage Billing. No email or call needed.
- You keep full access until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Your plan then ends and you won’t be charged again.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume your plan in Manage Billing.
- Your records stay in your account after the plan ends, and you can still download them. Subscribe again any time to pick up where you left off.
Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable, including for unused time in a month or year.
- Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error (for example twice, or after you cancelled), contact us and we’ll refund the mistaken charge.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example some consumer protection laws outside the United States), we honor it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries your card and you keep access for 7 days while you update your payment method in Manage Billing. After that, your workspace is locked until you choose a plan again. Your records are kept.
